Neben diesem Verbesserungsprojekt ist die Entwicklung und Integration der Qualit\u00e4ten unserer Mitarbeiter eine wichtige Speerspitze und deshalb haben wir im September 2019 mit der Implementierung der Lean Maturity Matrix begonnen. In vier Phasen wollen wir uns zu einer schlanken sowie agilen Organisation entwickeln, mit dem Ziel, die Organisation und ihre Mitarbeiter fit f\u00fcr die Zukunft zu machen&#8220;, so Daniel Kappes, Operations Director Thomas Regout International B.V.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Leider konnten die im September 2019 begonnenen Schulungen aufgrund unvorhergesehener Umst\u00e4nde nicht abgeschlossen werden. Durch einen ehemaligen Mitarbeiter von Perfact kamen wir dann in Kontakt mit Niels Dullens, Account Manager und Bas Mooij, Lean Sigma Master Black Belt bei der Perfact Group und es hat vom ersten Tag an Klick gemacht&#8220;, f\u00e4hrt Daniel fort.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Als wir die Anfrage von Thomas Regout International B.V. erhielten, haben wir auf Basis der erhaltenen Informationen eine Gap-Analyse gemacht, um zu sehen, wie der Status Quo ist und wie wir das Six Sigma Green Belt Training weiter gestalten k\u00f6nnen. Gl\u00fccklicherweise haben wir als akkreditierte Lean-Schulungsorganisation die M\u00f6glichkeit und Flexibilit\u00e4t, die Schulungen auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Kunden zuzuschneiden, und wir haben uns angesehen, wie wir dies w\u00e4hrend der Corona-Krise organisieren k\u00f6nnen&#8220;, so Bas.<\/p>\n<p>Der Aufbau des Lean Six Sigma-Trainings von Perfact ist auf die Praxis ausgerichtet. &#8222;Die Theorie wird strukturiert erkl\u00e4rt, wobei sie in die Praxis umgesetzt wird. Das erleichtert das Verst\u00e4ndnis und die Anwendung der Theorie. Wir mussten in kurzer Zeit eine Menge Material abdecken, aber es gab keinen Overkill an Informationen und es war leicht zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Trotz der Pandemie war es m\u00f6glich, das Training physisch in einer angenehmen und sicheren Umgebung zu absolvieren&#8220;, sagt Maud Amkreutz, Teilnehmerin von Thomas Regout International B.V.<\/p>\n<p>Neben dem praktischen Aufbau unserer Lean-Schulungen k\u00f6nnen wir auch auf eigene praktische Erfahrungen aus Kundenprojekten zur\u00fcckgreifen. &#8222;Ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Vorteil ist, dass Bas als erfahrener Lean-Coach auch einen Teil der praktischen Anleitung f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer des Trainings gibt. Dabei werden sie in ihren Lean-Projekten in ihrem eigenen Arbeitsumfeld angeleitet und gecoacht, wo sie das theoretische Wissen anwenden k\u00f6nnen. Das ist ein gro\u00dfer Mehrwert f\u00fcr unseren Kunden und wir k\u00f6nnen wirklich etwas bewirken&#8220;, sagt Niels.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Um sich von einer reaktiven zu einer proaktiven Organisation zu entwickeln, ist es wichtig, zun\u00e4chst das Ziel und die Mittel zur Erreichung dieses Ziels zu definieren.
