Shortage on the labour market should be seen as a common problem.

Coppe Sturmans explains: “Let’s stop investing endlessly in recruitment activities in which we only take away each other’s resources. Let’s use those resources now mainly to enthuse young people for our sector. We need to see the shortage on the labour market as a common problem in order to reach a joint solution”.
