This training teaches skills and knowledge needed to help an organization take a systematic approach to continuous improvement. As a Lean Expert, you are able to effectively implement the transformation from traditional to Lean management.

Learning Objectives
The LEAN Expert – Black Belt training is a continuation of the LEAN Specialist – Green Belt training. As a Lean Expert, you will be able to effectively implement the transformation from traditional to Lean management through the use of Workflow Systems, drive alignment across the enterprise through strategy implementation, and conduct assessments to determine the maturity of organizational processes. As a Lean expert, you will also learn to coach and lead employees, facilitate “Kaizen” events and create “Level Pull” systems.
By the end of the training you will be able to:
- Lead the transformation from Traditional Management to Lean Management by implementing Workflow Systems;
- Conduct evaluations to determine the maturity of workflows and processes within organizations;
- Drive alignment within the company through implementation of strategy through;
- Lead and coach employees by facilitating the Problem Solving process using the DMAIC method;
- Apply DMAIC and common tools to solve daily problems;
- Facilitate Kaizen events and create Level Pull systems.
Candidates
This course is ideal for certified Green Belts who are committed in implementing Lean Sigma projects throughout the organization, including leading and supervising Lean Sigma projects and helping the organization move toward a systematic approach and continuous improvement.
Training Model & Course Duration
The LEAN Expert – Black Belt is a hands-on classroom training course taught by a certified Master Black Belt and lasts 5 days.
