Last year, Bregje joined our team as a recruiter – and we’re thrilled to have her on board!
With her energetic approach and diverse background, she’s taking on the challenge of finding the “Perfact” people for our projects.
A versatile start to her career
Even though Bregje is only 21 years old, she has already built an impressive CV. She began her career at Open-line in Maastricht, where she handled cold sales and worked directly with executives and municipalities. Cold calling? She sees it as a challenge – and she’s gotten really good at it. Closing a deal gives her a huge sense of satisfaction: “Setting goals and achieving them – that’s a win for yourself.”
After an internship in Gran Canaria, Bregje started working at Ziggo-Vodafone, gaining experience in acquisition and sales. She later moved to Wealer as a sales advisor, handling everything from Audi, Skoda, Seat, and Volkswagen to used cars. Now, she brings that same experience and determination to her role as a recruiter at Perfact. The world of industry and engineering was new to her, but that’s exactly what sparked her interest. She’s a fast learner and has already gotten a solid grasp of the technical side.
Horses, boxing and travel
Bregje’s drive doesn’t stop at work. Her biggest passion is horseback riding. She has competed at the highest (international) level and knows exactly what dedication and persistence mean. She even trained her three-year-old horse from scratch, all by herself.
Her social life is just as important to her. She loves grabbing drinks with friends, discovering new places, and travelling to warm destinations where she can immerse herself in new cultures.
