Lean Six Sigma
Lean Six Sigma is a globally proven methodology for the sustainable and demonstrable improvement of processes and organizations. It provides an approach that allows organizations to achieve demonstrable results in a structured manner through certain methods in order to continuously improve (Continuous Improvement). Hence, more and more organizations are moving from a ‘traditional’ to a ‘Lean‘ organizational structure switch.
A3 DMAIC Problem Solving
With Lean we focus on eliminating processes that do not add value (waste) in order to keep systems flowing efficiently. With Six Sigma, we use statistical tools to find the root of the problem and identify how it can be improved. Both Lean as Six Sigma use the DMAIC (Define, MeasureAnalyze, Improve, Control), a standard method of scientific thinking, to solve problems. By using both Lean as Six Sigma we can improve business performance sustainably.
