With no less than 7 different types of training courses or workshops, 13 training days and 81 participants, our Lean Six Sigma team has not been idle lately. The trainings took place for both external clients and our own colleagues. We find it important to invest in the development of our colleagues, so that they themselves benefit from it but ultimately also the client for whom they work for. A win-win situation.
Lean Six Sigma, a worldwide proven methodology for sustainable and demonstrable improvement of processes and organisations, is becoming an increasingly important concept within organisations. “Within Perfact we are specialised in optimising, analysing and implementing processes. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to keep developing our own colleagues. Therefore, every colleague is offered the opportunity to follow at least the Lean Awareness Problem Solving training. Depending on the interest and ambitions of the colleague in question, we will train them further, possibly to the highest Black Belt level”, indicates Coppe Sturmans, Perfact’s director.
During the past period, we have invested heavily in training our own colleagues in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The Lean Awareness, Yellow Belt and Green Belt courses have recently been completed and the exams are planned for the coming period. We wish everyone the best of luck!
As soon as the trainees have passed their exam and they have completed their practical part (for the Yellow and Green Belt training) they receive an official LCS accredited certificate. This applies to both our colleagues and external trainees who complete a Lean training at Perfact. Not just anything! “The LCS accreditation demonstrates and guarantees the quality we as Perfact stand for”, Coppe continues. The training courses focus on the practical applications of Lean methods. In addition, our Perfact (master) Black Belts supports and coaches the trainees, in this way an LCS certificate is not only a proof of theoretical competence, but can also be immediately applied in practice. Thanks to this combined approach of LCS and our experience in consultancy, we can offer an exceptional and distinctive qualitative training programme”, concludes Coppe.
