We’re happy to welcome another new colleague to our team! Joani recently joined our Business Support department, where she’s responsible for approving hours and invoicing for various projects. Step by step, her range of responsibilities is expanding, allowing her to continue growing in her role.
For Joani, that variety is what makes her job so enjoyable. “I’m gradually taking on more tasks and can really feel myself growing in them,” she says. “It gives me energy and joy in my work.”
With a completed administrative education and a strong curiosity to get to the bottom of things, this position suits her perfectly. She also enjoys taking responsibility and working independently.
Why did she choose Perfact? She didn’t have to think twice: “The family-like atmosphere immediately appealed to me. From the very beginning, it just felt good and familiar here, and that’s what made the difference when I had to decide.”
Her colleagues and friends describe Joani as sporty, competitive, and fun to be around. That sporty side shows both at work and outside of it — for her, exercising is the perfect way to clear her mind. She also loves spending time with others, whether it’s going out for dinner, grabbing a drink on a terrace, or spending a day at an amusement park. She enjoys traveling too, always to a new destination. In winter, she prefers a bit more peace and quiet, relaxing with a nice movie night (but only after a workout).
And a fun fact: if Expeditie Robinson ever returns to TV with non-celebrities, we could sign Joani up right away. Who knows — maybe we’ll see her on TV one day!
