Our coaches Jean and Karina have recently been joined by their new colleague Fabiënne Kunkels. She recently joined Perfact as a coach and management consultant. Her motto: “The courage to break with the ideal and learn to listen to your own truth.”
Fabiënne is fascinated by people – her choice to study HRM & Psychology was therefore a logical first step in her career. After her studies, she worked at the Royal Military Police and De Arbodienst, where she mainly dealt with HR, consulting, coaching and (absence) counselling. Seeing people grow gives her great satisfaction.
Her curiosity about and passion for developing people come in handy in this role. She brings awareness and inspiration in the field of work, but also on a personal level. She believes that helping people take control of their own lives is a real investment in yourself. If it were up to Fabiënne, everyone would get a chance to work on his or her self-development.
Besides her role as a coach, she has plenty to do in her spare time. She is currently renovating a house in Sittard with her boyfriend, which they will hopefully be able to move into by the end of this year. Fabiënne likes to be connected to others; she likes having people around her and enjoys being together. She is sporty and is a real team player. Every week, she plays handball fanatically with her team. “In a team, you see so many different qualities,” says Fabiënne. “You complement each other. And most importantly: together you achieve more than alone!”
